About this Project
Fig & Olive is a California based ownership who brought the concept to Washington DC, the project was housed in the then early stages of City Center DC. Featuring a two story space, this project required heavy structural modifications to extend the second floor and the infrastructure to install an elevator. This project in particular showcases some of the highest finish packages ever produced in the DMV. It was built in 25 weeks and delivered on time.
