About this Project
Newks Eatery Sterling is “the new healthy” a regional chain offering a broad menu of salads, pizzas & sandwiches in a casual setting. Infinity Building Services ran a series of budgeting exercises and site surveys of several locations for this client prior to finding the perfect fit, located at the brand new Shoppes at Potomac Corner. The project was fairly straight forward being a fast-casual bulk rollout of materials and consolidated material procurement. This was a 12-week build schedule completed on time and within budget.
