About this Project
North Italia was built in conjunction with Flower Child DC in the same trophy Class A property. Infinity’s first North Italia in the DMV area. North Italia is a high-end Italian concept that ranges from 4,000-8,000 square feet and has a standardized but high-end finish package. By far one of the most complex parts of this build was coordinating the fine line ceiling elements with the base buildings utilities. In addition to a very complex mechanical system including a pollution control unit. Hand fabricated steel finishes throughout along with a very large millwork component. Flower child and North Italia running concurrently Fox Restaurant Concepts (FRC) wanted to deliver these concepts to the public before the end of year holidays. We were able to accomplish that by understanding the client’s needs up front and committing to it at the 50% mark during construction. We are proud to report that this project as well as Flower Child DC were completed on time and ahead of schedule prior to the 2018 holiday season.
