About this Project
Jinya Ramen Barwas built in the new, massive, and luxurious Pike & Rose mixed use complex in North Bethesda, Maryland. This project was successfully completed within a 14 week build schedule in an active residential area with cooperation of Federal Realty Investment and Trust (FRIT). This location is the first Jinya Ramen Restaurant built by Infinity Building Services while working closely with client Sam Shoja. Sam is a well known highly successful reastaranture in the local DC metropolitan area. There were strict site conditions of which Infinity received accolades for keeping within those perimeters and maintaining good relations with the neighboring L.L. Bean.
