About this Project
RPM Italian was brought to the DMV by Lettuce Entertain You. The fine Italian establishment consisted of 13,000 square feet of undeveloped shell space in downtown Washington DC. The project required two phases to complete the infrastructure required for the restaurant followed by the full build out of the restaurant. The project was built in a total duration of 35 weeks between the two phases and was completed on time.
